Stages of cooperation
1. Start the subscription
Upon initiating your subscription, we will process a setup fee of $500 USD. This fee encompasses a range of services including the application for or reactivation of Ad Grants account, account setup, conversion tracking, and the addition of any extra domains.
Should you not qualify for Google Ad Grants, the setup fee will be fully refunded.
3. Website audit
During this phase, we evaluate the organization's website quality, recommending any necessary adjustments to enhance its suitability for program application.
5. Campaign form
After qualifying for the Google Ad Grants program, we will ask you to fill out a form about your campaigns.
This includes: information about your target group, campaign goals, competition, etc.
9. Account management
Following the implementation of the campaigns into the account, we embark on a continuous collaboration, overseeing your campaigns.
Beyond receiving a monthly report, you are paired with a dedicated account manager.
7. Campaign proposal
You will be presented with a detailed campaign proposal that encompasses Ad texts, keywords, conversion goals, and more.
2. Onboarding form
Through the Webup! form, we collect all essential details and documents from the organization required to apply for the Ad Grants program.
For organizations already benefiting from the Google Ad Grants program, we kindly ask for additional information regarding your marketing goals.
4. Ad Grants application
If the organization is not yet utilizing the Google Ad Grants program, Webup! applies to the program on behalf of the organization. You should expect to be qualified within 2 weeks.
6. Website audit
We conduct a comprehensive audit of your website's content to optimize for the effectiveness of your campaigns.
8. Campaigns' launch
Upon your approval of the proposed campaigns, we will implement the agreed-upon campaigns into the account.
At this stage, the organization pays for the first month of cooperation ($500 USD).
