Google Ad Grants Policy

According to the Google Ad Grants policy, your account must be active and generate specific results:

  • Have at least 1 enabled campaign

  • Maintain a CTR of at least 5%

  • Generate at least 1 conversion per month

How does PING work?

PING analyzes results on your Google Ads account. From now on, you don't need to check campaign performance metrics manually. All information will be provided in one place.


  • All campaigns are subject to analysis, excluding smart campaigns. If the account is marked as "inactive", check if the only active campaigns on the account are smart campaigns.

  • Results are presented for all campaigns (including paused ones) within the last 30 days (starting from yesterday) and are compared to 30 days before.

  • Informations in the "Account Results" section are presented after all changes made by PING (within PING + Assistant) - for example, after pausing campaigns with too few Ad Groups.


How to reactivate the account?

If your account is deactivated, check what is the reason for the suspension.

  • Did the campaigns not adhere to Google Ad Grants policy rules?

  • Was it due to a website that does not meet all the requirements?

To reactivate your account, remove elements that violate the program's policy, add temporary Campaign and then fill out form to send the reactivation request to Google.
