Website and Domains

Updated: Jan 10

One of the key elements that directly influences the performance of an advertisement is the website. It is the web page where people end up after they click your ad.

An effective landing page should be:

  • Consistent with the ad

  • Simple and intuitive

  • Responsive and optimized

  • Contain clear Call-to-Action (CTA)

There is no specified minimum number of landing pages per Google Ads account. However, based on our experience, we recommend that ads lead to at least 4 different web pages. Otherwise, the performance of the ads may be limited.

Google Ad Grants Policy

Within the program, you can lead your ads to various domains, but each of them must be submitted and approved by Google.

Free audit of your Google Ads account. Use PING to receive a free Google Ad Grants policy compliance audit - here

How does PING work?

PING analyzes the number of landing pages to which your ads lead. All enabled campaigns are analyzed, except smart campaigns.

The results provide information about the number of landing pages and domains, including subdomains.

How to add a new website domain?

Within the Google Ad Grants program, you can add an unlimited number of websites and run ads on them. However, your organization may use only website domains that have been approved by Google.

All subdomains, such as academy.webup.us, of a previously accepted domain (webup.us) are automatically approved and don't need to be verified by Google.

To add new domain to your account, complete the additional website domain request form. Your request will be reviewed within 10 business days. You will receive a special email informing you whether your domain has been approved.

Remember that domains you add to your Google Ad Grants account must meet specific requirements:

  • SSL Security Certificate

  • Organization's Name and Logo

  • Mission Statement

  • Statutory Goals

  • Registration number

How can we help you?

If you want to add a new domain to your Google Ad Grants account, we can assist you with that. We will check whether the domain contains all the required information and if it is adequately optimized for Google's approval.

PING

We understand your needs, and we know that managing a Google Ad Grants account is not easy. In response to this problem, we have created PING , which will give you confidence that your account complies with the program's policies and will not be blocked.

With PING, you will receive a periodic report of your account with most important information regarding Google Ad Grants policy, including:

  • campaign settings - type, budget, languages, locations, bid strategy, number of ad groups

  • ads - we will check if ads are properly configured and if there are any disapproved ads on the account

  • keywords - we will check if there are any prohibited single keywords or keywords with low quality scores on the account

You can choose from one of three options of PING. You can opt for a free option, with audit every 90 days or one of the paid versions:
